and is designed to comprise
a total of 160 luxurious
residential apartments of
various sizes in its 50 floors.
This building will also house
a multi-purpose hall,
a health club with a
swimming pool, and
a children's playground.
The tower will overlook the sea from three sides, and
is due for completion 2008.
