There isthe organic connection, characteristic of Sullivan 
at the top of the building. The decor is made of earthenware
 and terracotta red. 
There was a provision in three elements of the column, with 
a smoothbarrel, worked capitals, and a heavy base. 
Sullivan understands that from a certain height can no longer 
use the classical vocabulary.
