Monadnock Building architecture

This building is composed 
of sixteen stories, it is high, 
dark andblack. There was 

no interruption horizontal, 
giving a large vertical momentum. 


It has a plastic side of the slightly 
undulating facades thatthis game 
of bow windows.  
This gives This gives better lighting spaces. 
A cornice at the antique  finishes the ascent 
of the building. 
The architects were Holabird and Roche. 
There is a drought and astructural advantage
