The main façade 

of the building is 

oriented towards 

the southeast, the 
building is designed 

in line. 

The different lengths of the various 
areas mean that a patio appears at 
each end, thus enabling the building 
to express itself more hermetically 

towards the outside.

This idea of hermeticism is reinforced by the building materials: 

exposed concrete, glass by patios and sky-lights, lattice-like 
perforated aluminum and zinc on the roof.
